"TLC FOR THE BODY, OUTSIDE AND IN"

 

Madonna swears by it and Gwyneth Paltrow can't live without it. Sting and David Beckham do it every day. You can't pick up a magazine without celebrities telling us about the joy of Pilates. 

 Pilates has been proven to help tone the abdominals, strengthen the spine and improve posture and develop a strong and supple body in a balanced, slow and relaxed format. Fitness Pilates is suitable for complete beginners as each movement can be modified for all levels and needs.  
 
If you haven't exercised for a while or fancy trying something new and different then come along and try. Everyone welcome.
 
To take part in the class please bring water and wear loose comfortable clothing.
Mats are provided.

 

  Fitness Pilates is a group fitness class created for the healthy adult. It is not remedial, clinical or designed for rehabilitation. Fitness Pilates uses all the principals and includes many of the mat work exercises in traditional pilates but offers modifications and updated exercises to provide a controlled body conditioning program appropriate for the general public.
