Avocado Hummus Snack Jars Recipe

Simple, Healthy, & Tasty Snack to take with you on the go!


What You'll Need

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 cup tahini -1 avocado, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup water

  • your favorite raw veggies & crackers

Whip it up!


  1. Add all ingredients with the except your raw veggies and crackers. Blend on the lowest speed for 30 seconds, removing lid as necessary to stir. Continue blending on low speed until fully mixed together - the whole process should take about 5 minutes.

  2. Add water slowly till desired consistency.

  3. Scoop into 4 small mason jars or Tupperware.

  4. Serve alongside your favorite veggies and crackers!
