Fluffy Snickerdoodle Protein Pancakes Recipe

Are you ready for the tastiest breakfast to start your day off right! You can’t turn this deliciousness down especially with these macros:

44g Protein/ 12g Fat/ 29g Carbs

What You'll Need

  • 40g Snickerdoodle protein powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 ripe banana

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Dash of salt

  • Dash of baking powder

Whip It Up

  1. Separate the yolks from the egg whites into two small bowls.

  2. Blend the egg whites on high for 2 min until they form soft peaks (this is the secret to making them extra fluffy).

  3. In the egg yolk bowl add all the remaining ingredients and blend till well mixed.

  4. Take 1/2 of your egg whites and gently fold them into the mixture. Then repeat with the remaining egg whites.

  5. Grease and heat a skillet over low temp. Scoop 1/2c. of batter onto the skillet and wait till golden brown, flip & repeat! This will make about 4 tasty pancakes.

  6. To finish them off, top off with your favorite syrup, nut butter, and fruit!

  7. Enjoy!
