Everything begins with your mind! You jumpstart your mindset by getting focused on what you want. Too often our default is to focus on the negatives. When we start thinking about losing weight, getting into shape, eating healthy, we immediately get stuck agonizing over how long it’s going to take, how hard it’s going to be, and how unlikely it is to achieve.

You are ready to surround yourself with positivity. Your limiting belief is the only thing holding you back at this exact moment.
Say this out loud,
If you can speak it you can believe it, if you can believe it you can take action on it. If you take action on it then you can execute it. When you execute you will succeed!
Okay now repeat it out loud again!
So, in order to jumpstart your MINDSET you need to challenge your negative thoughts with positive phrases and statements. This is where positive affirmations come into play.
What Are They?
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to counteract self-sabotage and overcome your negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes....
You can look at these statements as goals you have for your life. Things that you want to be, want to achieve, want to feel, want to believe!
So what are your goals for today?
“I want to lose the baby weight in 3 months”
“I want to fit in my size 4 skinny jeans again”
“I want to be confident in my body”
“I want to have a positive relationship with food”
“I want to believe that I am worthy”
Pick your top 5 goals and write them down on a piece of paper. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP! Don’t just think about your goals. Form them into sentences and write them down. Not only that, but write your goals in a positive tense with “I am” or “I will” statements not “I want to…”
For instance instead of saying “I want to be confident in my body” say “I AM CONFIDENT IN MY BODY”
This will set your subconsciousness up for success!
Say it out LOUD!
Now look at yourself in a mirror and SAY YOUR GOALS OUT LOUD TO YOURSELF.
Affirm your goals to yourself. And say it like you believe it!
Because, “If you can speak it you can believe it, if you can believe it you can take action on it. If you take action on it then you can execute it. When you execute you will succeed!”
Yes this may seem silly at first but I promise you your confidence will starts building. We are our worst critics so instead, let's be our biggest cheerleaders!
This is your goal to accomplish every single day. Make this a part of your morning routine. When you are getting ready in the morning, putting on your make-up jot down your 5 goals and look yourself dead in the eye and say them out loud.
Your goals can change every day or stay the same. There are no rules or regulations here only that you speak positively about yourself.
